Scout Metals History in the Metals Market

Our company carries deep roots in the metals market.  For generations, our families have been involved in selling or manufacturing steel tube or metal components, beginning with working in the steel mills of Youngstown, Ohio. In the 70’s and 80’s members of the sales team and family built two tube manufacturing businesses that are still operational.

Scout Metals was bred to carry the Loy and other familiar family names into another era and hopefully to foster the next generation of metals market participants.
